To guarantee high quality, we procure raw materials from reliable vendors in domestic or international markets. The manufacturing is carried out under strict process control and monitored throughout the production process to ensure total conformity to requisite specifications.
To ensure complete identification and traceability even after supplies are affected, all the information as required by the standards, Company/Customer Logo, manufacturing standard, grade, size, heat number, and manufacturing date should be marked on the products.
Besides, we ask our customers to give feedback and suggestions in improving quality.

QA is defined as a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a product or service under development (before work is complete, as opposed to afterwards) meets specified requirements. QA is sometimes expressed together with QC as a single expression, quality assurance and control (QA/QC).
MW Metal has its own and independent Quality Control Department. Our manufactures are undergoing series of mandatory and specified tests. Chemical test and Mechanical properties test are a must.
